Tiffany McLarty, Founder
Tiffany is a distinguished actor, nationally recognized public speaking coach, and seasoned teaching artist based in New York City. She holds an MFA in Acting from Columbia University and a BFA in Communication Studies from Western Kentucky University, where she earned a top-three national ranking on the world championship Speech and Debate team.
Renowned for her expertise in performance and communication, Tiffany has trained students and professionals across the country, from middle school classrooms to leading universities. She has coached elite debate teams, worked extensively as a teaching artist, and developed specialized programs to help individuals excel in competitive, creative, and professional arenas.
Her work extends beyond the arts into social impact—partnering with legal professionals to refine advocacy skills and strengthen communication in underserved communities. With a career built on excellence, Tiffany blends artistry, strategy, and advocacy to help every client command attention and inspire action.
Abigail C. Onwunali, Coach
Abigail C. Onwunali is an award-winning educator, performer, and teaching artist dedicated to empowering students through creativity, communication, and self-expression. She holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, and an M.F.A. in Acting from Yale University. A 2x Elliot Norton Award nominee, Abigail is also a 13-time national speech champion—holding the most championships in speech history—earning titles across the American Forensic Association, National Forensic Association, and National Speech and Debate Association.
Abigail has taught and coached across the U.S. and internationally, working with organizations like Girl Be Heard, Democracy Prep, and Taipei American School. Known for fostering confidence, collaboration, and artistic excellence, Abigail blends her extensive theater experience with a proven record of competitive success to inspire students to embrace their voices, challenge themselves, and share their stories boldly.
Holiday, Coach
Holiday is a teaching artist, program leader, poet, writer, dramaturg, and trained actor through the Yale School of Drama. Most recently, he celebrated his Off-Broadway debut with Soho Rep.
With over a decade of experience in acting, speech, and public speaking, Holiday has built a career dedicated to helping others find power in their voice. He is a three-state finalist in Dramatic Interpretation and Poetry, as well as a national qualifier in competitive speech, bringing both technical expertise and lived experience to his coaching.
Beyond the stage, Holiday has served as Director of Ensemble Team Building for the international NGO Breaking Walls, where he devised original work with young people across countries including Chile, Morocco, and Armenia. His work is deeply rooted in cross-cultural collaboration, having taught English to both native and non-native speakers worldwide.
Holiday’s background bridges performance and education, equipping him to coach students, professionals, and organizations alike in the art of presence, confidence, and communication.
Hailey Byerly, Coach
Hailey is a professionally trained actor, national speech and debate champion, and speech specialist with an MFA from UC Irvine’s Claire Trevor School of the Arts. With advanced training in Fitzmaurice Voicework, Knight-Thompson Speechwork, Meisner, and Stanislavski, she brings a strong foundation in voice, movement, and performance to her coaching.
Hailey specializes in dialect coaching, accent work, and voice training that blends deep text analysis with embodied vocal technique—empowering clients to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Beyond performance, Hailey also offers cognitive educational therapy focused on executive functioning, helping clients strengthen how they think, plan, and express themselves both on stage and in everyday life.
